I'm Back... Again!

I just got a Nikon D40, and I am sooooo excited... This is such a huge step up from my pathetic little camera that I have been using. I spent all yesterday afternoon just playing with it. I've not yet figured out how to take self portaits AND keep it focused properly, but given time, I'll probably get it... But until then, I'm content with doing other stock photos (as you'll see in my gallery) (hint, hint) ;)

Something about AR, well, I think it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. :#1: I've been to 9 other states and to France, and don't get me wrong, they have pretty places too, but not like AR. Maybe I'm biased, but it just feels right to me. I live in the North West corner of the state, and we have alot of beautiful forests and mountains. The place where I took my stock pictures is about a 3 minute walk through the woods from my house. :w00t: I've never been to Stuttgart, but it is pretty small. Nothing like Stuttgart Germany, that's for sure. I'll actually be moving to Germany in about a year or so. My fiance is in the military and he's getting sent there in the fall and I'm going to join him next spring. :D
